On September 8, 2026, Backoffice.co, Inc., which operated as Finally, entered an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC) and is being wound down. Its affairs are now handled by an estate, PFS Finally Liquidation LLC, managed by Province, a restructuring firm.

Finally's bookkeeping business has been acquired by Inkle. If you were a bookkeeping customer, Inkle now holds those contracts and your service continues exactly as before with the same team.
